We grow a curated mix of heritage and modern dessert apples selected for exceptional texture, flavor, and versatility. All are ideal for baking and eating fresh from the tree.
Honeycrisp
Universally loved for its explosive crunch and balance of sweet-tart flavor. Excellent for fresh eating.
EMPIRE
Crisp and sweet with a hint of tartness. A dependable all-purpose apple.
Jonagold
Large, honeyed apples with balanced acidity. Wonderful for eating fresh or baking into pies.
GALA
Mild, aromatic, and easy to enjoy. A favorite with kids and a staple for lunchboxes.
MACOUN
Juicy and intensely flavorful with a deep apple aroma. Ideal for fresh snacking and soft pies.
ENTERPRISE
Firm, tart-sweet, and great for baking or storing. Naturally resistant to disease.
LODI
A beloved early-season apple in our family, perfect for applesauce thanks to its juicy flesh and tart flavor. Available in mid to late August, Lodi apples are soft-cooking and ideal for preserving the taste of summer.
SWEET 16
Uniquely fruity, with notes of cherry, vanilla, and spice. An excellent dessert apple with a surprise twist.
peaches
Our peaches are tree-ripened for full flavor and juiciness, available at peak season during July and August. We grow a diverse selection of yellow and white flesh varieties with different harvest windows to extend the season and provide a full spectrum of flavor and texture.
Red Haven
A Michigan classic, Red Haven is a freestone peach known for its sweet, juicy flesh and smooth texture. It ripens in mid-summer, producing vibrant red-and-golden peaches perfect for fresh eating, freezing, and canning. Its reliability and resistance to bacterial spot make it a favorite in our orchard.
Contender
A cold-hardy freestone peach, Contender thrives in northern orchards, producing firm, juicy fruit with a bold, sweet flavor. It ripens in mid to late summer and is excellent for fresh eating, baking, and preserving.
PF 13 Lucky
Part of the Paul Friday (PF) peach series, PF 13 Lucky is a mid-season freestone variety that produces large, sweet, and juicy peaches. Its firm flesh makes it excellent for fresh eating, baking, and canning, ensuring a delicious, long-lasting peach season.
PF 8 Ball
One of our earliest ripening peaches, PF 8 Ball is a semi-freestone variety with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It’s ideal for those eager to enjoy fresh peaches early in the summer season.
Glowingstar
A late-season gem, Glowingstar is a freestone peach with rich, sweet flavor and firm flesh. This variety holds its texture well, making it great for fresh eating, processing, and extended storage.
Galactica
Galactica’s ultra-sweet, low-acid profile shines in fresh, delicate dishes. Slice it into a salad with basil and mozzarella or blend it into a refreshing Bellini.
Intrepid
Intrepid’s rich sweetness pairs well with creamy desserts like mascarpone or ricotta tarts. It also caramelizes beautifully when roasted, making it perfect for elegant desserts.
PLUMS & PEARS

We’ve recently planted a mix of European and Asian plums as well as heritage and Asian pears. These trees are still maturing, and fruit will be available in coming seasons.
Methley
This sweet, juicy plum is perfect for jams and sauces. Try making a spiced chutney to pair with cheeses or roasting them into a rustic galette.
Harrow Crisp
Harrow Crisp holds its shape well in baked goods, making it ideal for upside-down cakes. For a savory twist, slice it over goat cheese crostini or toss it into a summer salad.
How to Purchase our Produce
You can find our fresh apples, peaches, flowers and produce at White Oak Farmstand located at:
12428 S Maple City Road, Maple City, MI
Open daily, from approximately 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Our produce is available from June through early November
at White Oak Farmstand. The honor system is used. A secure paybox and Venmo option are available for self-serve checkout.
